Ingredients:

Each 1mL contains:
Cananga odorata flower essential oil	166.7μL
Chamaemelum nobile flower essential oil	166.7μL
Citrus X paradisi fruit peel essential oil	166.6μL
Lavandula angustifolia herb top flowering essential oil	500μL

Direction for Use:

Inhale deeply through each nostril in turn, while holding other nostril closed. Repeat every 2-3 hours should you required.
