Ingredients:

Each 1mL contains:
Citrus limon fruit peel essential oil	166.67 μL
Cymbopogon flexuosus leaf essential oil	166.67 μL
Eucalyptus globulus herb top flowering essential oil	333.32 μL
Melaleuca alternifolia branch terminal leafy essential oil	166.67 μL
Mentha X piperita leaf essential oil	166.67 μL

Direction for Use:

Inhale deeply through each nostril in turn, while holding other nostril closed. Repeat every 2-3 hours should you required.
