Direction for Use:

Fill Up™ can be consumed as a nutrient-dense snack alongside regular meals to improve nutrient intake, or as a meal replacement.
Mix,1 scoop (30g) with 250mL of milk (dairy, soy or rice milk) to ensure a smooth consistency and drink immediately.
