Cinnamon oil has been indicated for constipation, exhaustion, flatulence, lice, low blood pressure, rheumatism, scabies & stress. Cinnamon Bark Oil is thought of as a more potent version of cinnamon oil, since many of the compounds thought to improve bone, muscle, and joint health as well as promote blood circulation are found most abundantly in the bark.

Direction for Use:

Massage: Add 5 drops to 10ml carrier oil. 
Bath: Add 12-20 drops in full bath. 
Vaporise: Add 8-10 drops in bowl of vaporiser.
