The aroma of Vetiver Essential Oil is strong on its own & a little goes a long way. Many prefer to use it sparingly in blends so as not to overpower other essential oils in the blend. Direction for Use:

Massage: Add 5 drops to 10ml carrier oil. 
Bath: Add 12-20 drops in full bath. 
Vaporise: Add 8-10 drops in bowl of vaporiser.
