Recommended for broths, soups or sauces or add to dishes or baked goods to increase digestibility, flavour & nutrition.
Add 2 teaspoons (1 serve = 10g) to a heaped tablespoon to a cup/mug of hot water for a nutritious bone broth, add spices and vegetables as desired.
