Carwari Organic Ponzu is made with organic Japanese citrus juice - Yuzu, Yuko and Sudachi blended with mellow organic gluten free tamari soy sauce. Umami produced from kombu seaweed and shiitake mushroom bringing a well balanced flavour. This refreshing and umami-rich condiment will be your new pantry staple!

Direction for Use:

This product is best for a dipping sauce for cooked vegetables, seafood, meats, dumplings or dressing for salads and more.
