• A major benefit is its use as a mild, uplifting tranquiliser to calm ‘overheated’ conditions of stress and anxiety. This relates to digestive complaints as well. 
• May be of benefit in calming agitated dementia and improving Attention Deficit Disorder.

• Melissa may also help relieve cold sores and be of benefit with allergies.
