Quite different to True Lavender, Spike Lavender is a more stimulating essence, similar to Rosemary CT1. 

• With significant levels of cineole & camphor, it may be a beneficial analgesic oil for musculo-skeletal conditions
• May provide anti-infectious properties. French practitioners have ascribed anti-viral effects to this oil as well.
