Ingredients:

Bamboo vinegar Powder, Wood vinegar, Dextrin, Tourmaline; Anion powder, Plant fiber, Chitosan, Vitamin C

Direction for Use:

• Wash and dry your feet before applying the patches
• Apply the patches 1 hour before bed time
• Peel off the backing on the adhesive
• Apply the foot patch to the centre of the foot
• You can use the detox patches on other discomforted areas of the body also.
• Keep the patches on for 6-8 hours while you sleep
• Peel off the patch after use and discard, wash the dirty area well and dry
• Used patches will appear dark greenish or grey as they absorb toxins from your body.
• Continue to use each night until the discolouration of the pads subsides or for 5 days minimum
