This blend has been designed to support inner clarity and universal connection. Drawing on the spiritual wisdom of ancient herbal traditions, this blend is based on herbs including tulsi, bacopa and gotu kola, which have traditionally been used to support higher consciousness, spiritual connection, mental clarity and deeper meditative states. An earthy, refreshing herbal blend to support your daily rituals, guide you through your day and align you with your true essence. This blend is caffeine free. 

Direction for Use:

Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75°C – 85°C and allow to infuse for 3 – 5+ minutes. Strain the tea and serve.
