Direction for Use:

1 cup of water (the traditional way to consume) or milk of choice. 

1-2 chunks of Ceremonial Grade Cacao (20-40g) or chop to your desired serving size. 

Heat over the stove on a low heat and blend with handheld milk frother to eliminate separation. Alternatively, combine in a blender that's safe for hot liquids. 

Sweeten if desired. 

Pour into your favourite mug, set an intention and enjoy.
