Medjool dates are graded based on their size, weight and skin separation and this forms the product name. The large dates are indeed larger than the medium in size and weight (these ones are medium in size). They are all rather succulent and delicious, however the most premium are indeed the premium ones, that have less skin separation. If you want a premium medium size date, this is the one for you. These also comes in a handy 1KG box unlike the others that are only available in 5KG.

The grading of Medjool dates, including weight and skin separation, is done soon after harvest when packing. As a natural product, their condition will change over time due to variations in moisture and storage conditions and time from harvest. These changes are normal and do not affect the original quality or grade.
