Organic Brahmi has been traditionally used in Western herbal medicine for longevity and cognitive enhancement. 

• May assist with mild reduction in anxiety. 
• May contribute to improved memory after approximately a month of consumption. 
• May protect cells and help repair cellular damage. Free radical scavenger/ good antioxidant.

Direction for Use:

Infuse ½ to 1 teaspoon with 1 cup of near boiling water. Steep for 8-10 minutes, strain and pour. Rosemary or ginger may be added to enhance flavour. Up to 2 cups daily per adult. Adjust to taste. Half strength for children.
