Organic Dandelion root may help protect the liver and provide many nutrients. Gentle diuretic, may assist with urinary tract infections, an excellent herb for arthritis. Natural coffee substitute – make as per any standard ground coffee product. Dandelion root also contains the compound Taraxacum which has been found to have an anti-obesity effect. Blends very well with other liver herbs.

Direction for Use:

 

1. Use one dessertspoon of dandelion per mug of boiled water
2. Infuse for 5-8 minutes
3. Strain and add preferred milk.
