• Nettle is rich in vitamins A, B complex and C plus minerals such as calcium, potassium, magnesium and iron. 
• May assist symptoms of anaemia and cleansing of the system.
• May be useful in treating hives and to help control itching and sneezing associated with hay fever. 
• Natural diuretic. May aid urinary problems and assist symptoms of enlarged prostate gland (but not reduce actual swelling of gland).

Direction for Use:

Use 1 teaspoon herb to 1 cup of boiled water up to 3 times daily. Steep for 5-8 minutes and strain. Half adult dose for children.
