• 1 cup of sage tea 1 hour before bed may support menopausal symptoms and help regulate excessive perspiration. 
• May assist with sore throats, mouth ulcers and infected gums, cough and colds. 
• May help dry up breast milk once nursing has stopped. 
• Antispasmodic, may stimulate digestion.
• May improve memory. 
• Antiseptic properties may be valuable during intestinal infection.

Direction for Use:

Use 1 rounded teaspoon to one cup of boiled water. Cool, drink up to 3 cups daily. Children under 12, no more than 2 cups daily at strength.
