Ingredients:

Each 1mL contains:
Citrus limon fruit peel essential oil	333.4 μL
Citrus X paradisi fruit peel essential oil	466.6 μL
Eucalyptus globulus branch terminal leafy essential oil	200 μL

Direction for Use:

Inhale deeply through each nostril in turn, while holding other nostril closed. Repeat every 2-3 hours should you require.
