Lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus), Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), Skullcap (Sscutellaria lateriflora), Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia)

Direction for Use:

Place 1 teaspoon of loose leaf in a cup or teapot. Add boiling water and allow to steep for 7-10 minutes for desired strength. Serve hot or chilled with honey or lemon to taste. Serve without milk. Drink 2-3 cups daily.
