Direction for Use:
NR has a distinctive flavour. Take one scoop once or twice daily with 150-200ml of water, or to make it more palatable, your beverage of choice. Can be taken in the morning of at night with or without food.
Cautions/Contra-Indications:
Formulated Supplementary Sports Food. Not a sole source of nutrition and should be consumed with a nutritious and varied diet. Should be consumed in conjunction with an appropriate physical training or exercise program. Not suitable for children under 15 years of age.
Pregnant or lactating women: Should only be used under medical or dietetic supervision.
