Wonder Foods PHGG (Partially Hydrolysed Guar Gum, Sunfiber®) is a prebiotic fibre derived from the guar bean. PHGG acts as a fuel source for beneficial bacteria in the gut to ferment & produce short chain fatty acids, which changes the pH of the colon so it no longer favours the growth of pathogenic organisms to flourish & cause havoc. Direction for Use:

Take 4 rounded teaspoons (~6g)  in a glass of water. Can be added to smoothies, juices or food. Maintain adequate hydration.

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place.  
Ensure lid is tightly closed after use.
