100% Premium Food Grade, Organic, Fresh Water Diatomaceous Earth (amorphous silicon)

Direction for Use:

Mix 1 to 3 teaspoons daily into a glass of water or juice. For best results, use on a continual, daily basis. May cause constipation so drink 8 glasses of water a day.
